If you want to beat Genichiro without cheating/cheesing, feel free to post a video of your attempt, maybe the community can give some tips/pointers. I'm glad games like Sekiro exist where you have to observe the enemy and stay focused in combat. You can just keep pressing a single button in those games without even looking and win fights.where is the fun in that.
Of course it's hard compared to, Batman for example. You don't have to farm blood vials before retrying a Boss fight (Healing gourds just replenish on rest) The window for a mikiri counter is very generous
You can endlessly dodge/sprint because there is no stamina bar Your block negates damage (no chip damage unless you give back Kuro's charm inNG+) I enjoyed the combat enough to make me want to keep trying and improve.īesides, this game is actually quite forgiving considering FromSoftware made it.
